This tool adds an icon to the System Tray area of the Windows Taskbar, allowing you to choose a folder so that when JPEG images are "dropped" into it via Explorer drag-and-drop, they will automatically be resized to the height or width that you specify. You can also choose the JPEG quality for the newly resized photos.
